***Reason for visit to our facility: My cat had a Urinary Blockage and was moments away from passing away when Top Paw Rescue came to the rescue and saved his life. It was horrible, he was suffering so badly and sadly, I was low on funds and could not afford the costly operation and they were at my doorstep almost immediately!
***If you adopted a pet which pet did you adopt: Meatball aka Bon Bon
***What did you like the most about your experience during your visit to Top Paw Rescue Inc. : Joanna and partner were so kind and understanding since the beginning. They even made exception for me and let my baby come home after he healed from his operation. They truly love animals very much and have BIG hearts.
***What did you like the least about your experience: Absolutely nothing, they were AMAZING, they saved my cat’s life and let him return home <3
***How would you describe the cleanliness of areas animals are kept in and fed near: I never had the chance to see their facility, they came to me They also found him a wonderful foster family (Nickole and Adam) who cared for Meatball (Bon Bon) after his surgery and I am very grateful to them as well. They donated medicated food and supplements for my baby. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!!

***How would you describe the assistance that the person mentioned above was able to provide with: Joanna is the one that I have been communicating with and even built a friendship with her afterwards. She responds VERY quickly to e-mails, phone calls, and went out of her way to save my baby’s life!

***What did you like the most about your experience during your visit to Top Paw Rescue Inc. : Joanna was very helpful and attentive. She answered all my questions promptly and accurately. She made me feel I was doing something special for a fur-kid in need
***What did you like the least about your experience: I wish she had a larger facility that would cater better to the pets she is trying to find homes for. I think she does wonders with what little she has though.
